North East is still in Tier 3 with the next review scheduled for 30th December. Rules are being relaxed over the Christmas period – but the advice is also to use your best judgement to keep yourself and your wider family safe. From Sunday 20th to Sunday 27th, the time limits in NCC car parks will be lifted – so there’ll be no need to display a disk – and you can park for as long as you like. The traffic wardens will still be monitoring on-street parking though.
