Make It #YourMorpethChristmas
We are backing a campaign to support local businesses this Christmas and so help make sure they are still with us next year!
So look out for the #YourMorpethChristmas campaign!
Our local shops are open under Tier 3 but are also using online ordering, click & collect and home delivery – so you should be able to do most of your Christmas shopping with local businesses – you don’t need to rely on Amazon or Argos! And virtually all the restaurants, cafes and pubs have takeaway menus – and some are taking bookings for Christmas and New Year! So either sit-in or a full Festive banquet delivered to your own home.
The Christmas Farmers Market will be on Saturday 5th Dec – with full Covid-19 precautions. The local producers also offer “pre-order & collect” and Morpeth Lions are also hoping to have a stall at the Farmers Market. Donations to the Lions(new or used) can also be collected tel 01670 516859 or 222435 to arrange. Cash donations are welcome through https://tinyurl.com/y54t4kn3
